The four children quickly looked both ways before darting across the steet. “man, that was close”
“Did that car even see us?” “I don’t know, it almost seemed as if it sped up!” Timmy said. They turned and again saw two dim headlights coming
towards them. This time. they knew something was us. It wasn’t just by chance those cars were speeding towards them.
“What are we even doing here?” John asked Timmy. “We just gotta do this” Timmy replied gruffly. That fact that it was raining wasn’t going to stop them. Lighting a flame in his hand, he threw it at the
crossing guard at the intersection of the streets. “we must get the the other side” timmy said. “But John you have to hurry.” “You’re not
going to get caught.” “Don’t worry everything will be fine. He’s too old and fat to catch us, we’ll be fine. You all go ahead and meet me down at the park, I’ll be coming” Timmy explained. All of a sudden the black car sped by again.
