For Thursday, make sure you do the following:

  • Review Green and Lidinsky chapter 4. You’ll need to do some of this in the Proposal paper.

  • Read the Proposal sections in Green and Lidinsky chapter 11.

  • Read DK Handbook pages 24-25.

  • Get your 2 peer reviews done (if your peer did not send it to you last night, you do not have to do the peer review and you will still get credit if you note that in your cover letter. Of course, I’m sure those who sent it late will be very grateful if you can find the time to do the review.)

    I would just like to say that I find the peer reviews extremely helpful! Not only is it helpful to have someone else read my paper and see things that I couldn’t see, it is helpful to read others papers and realize what I have left out or what I need to work on.

    I agree, I actually usually have one or two people outside of classmates review my papers as well for just that reason.
